		<description>Greg,
I just received a phone call from one of your campaign representatives. I am sorry I did not get her name but she was very knowlegeable and represented you well. My interest was sparked when she spoke of your pro-business position. I retired from a 24 year career in the advertising industry last year to do start my own advertising company and do what most seem to think is the worst idea in the world right now and that is invest in Real Estate. With regards to Real Estate I am focusing on Tega Cay residential foreclosures. I just closed on a home a few weeks ago and am amazed at the concept that my property taxes will exceed my mortgage payment on this home. I do realize that this is not a Tega Cay issue but rather a County and State issue, but was interested to know if you and other local leadership see this as an issue that can have implications on our Tega Cay home values? With the ever increasing amount of foreclosures in Tega Cay and stiffening requirements for securing a mortgage, the pool of qualified buyers for Real Estate is small and even smaller for investors to be able to buy inventory and rent properties to the increasing pool of renters. Do you see this as an issue worthy of due diligence?
Also if your interests are pro business and increasing the cities tax base my career has been in the billboard advertising business. The area of Tega Cay at Wal- Mart has huge potential for a revenue share with the City. I am not speaking of your stereo- typed traditional billboards and their aestetic challenges. But rather architecturally deined signage that can produce significant revenues for the City. My last ten years in this business in Charlotte have produced many suuccesses that Charlotte leadership can attest to. Let me know if you have any interest in discussing what that can look like for Tega Cay revenues.

Best Regards
