Protect Our Community’s Way of Life Bookmark and Share

My family moved to Tega Cay over two decades ago in search of a community that provided both a family atmosphere and a close proximity to Charlotte’s metro area. We truly found the best of both worlds.

Having grown up in Tega Cay, I know where we have come from. As a husband and future father, I care about where we’ll be in the future.

The character of a community is defined by how well its various components—leadership, infrastructure, facilities, businesses, and residents—work and thrive together. If elected to the Tega Cay City Council, I will approach my work from that perspective. I believe we must pay particular attention to determining the best way to achieve change while maintaining the inherent character of our community.

As our region continues to grow, we must seek a healthy balance between commercial and residential growth. We must apply common sense principles that will lead to sustainable economic development so we do not succumb to the pitfalls of poor planning.

Growth is inevitable, but if we handle the challenges responsibly, we can ensure a stable and prosperous future for the citizens of Tega Cay while maintaining our home town feel.

The Tega Cay motto is “The Good Life”. I will work to ensure we live up to that goal.
